Primary problem statement

Hello folks, I’m here to address TIC Fiber Internet Provider's customer pain points, this project seeks to enhance the recharge and plan change experience. my goal is to streamline and improve the process, making it more user-friendly and efficient. By doing so, I aim to boost customer satisfaction and engagement. along with these im also improving the visual appearance of the portal

About the project

I was a customer on this platform for the past 8 months while onboarding a technician helped me to select a plan so I didn’t go through their portal.

Now I wanted to change the plan and also get an OTT subscription so I visited the TIC fiber portal and I was baffled, in the end, I called customer support to help me change the plan. so I decided to solve and improve the customer experience.

What is TIC Fiber?

Before I get started, let me quickly explain something about TIC Fiber

Tic Fiber distinguishes itself in the internet service sector, providing robust connectivity solutions not only in urban hubs but also reaching remote rural areas. This commitment to bridging the digital divide positions TIC Fiber as a key player, ensuring high-quality internet access in underserved regions. Problem statement

Im from a rural area where I have a couple of choices in choosing the internet provider,

2 TIC Fiber

I chose Tic Fiber because this was the only one at that time to have a fiber internet connection.

Initially choosing a plan and installation were guided by a technician so I didn’t bother that much about the portal, after 6 months of usage I had to change the plan to get OTT subscriptions and more speed and here I faced difficulties in that portal, and it recharging experience in TIC Fiber.
